The Peninsula Paris’s brand new wellness program promises to put a spring in your step as soon as you wake up.

Hosted on the rooftop terrace of the L’Oiseau Blanc restaurant as from the 15th of June, the “Peninsula Wake Up” allows guests of all fitness levels to partake in training sessions incorporating yoga, stretching and Pilates as Paris’s most iconic monuments serve as a backdrop.

Follow your morning session with a “Wellness Breakfast” that somehow manages to sound tasty and healthy at the same time. Seated on La Terasse Kléber, guests will be treated to a choice of teas, herbal infusions, coffees, fresh-pressed juices, omelettes with herbs, fat-free or plain yogurt and fruit salad and cereals, to be savored as they watch Paris wake up and go about its business.

If you would rather start the day with something a little more energetic, the “Run with Peninsula” fitness session takes you on a 9km run around the cultural sites of Paris and serves as high energy history tour that will end with a stretch session in the Tuileries gardens. End your morning with a special “Detox” treatment at the hotel’s spa complete with draining massages and sea weed wraps to expel those toxins right out of your body.
